rT <br />Mr. Lee Tarbox submitted Form A with plan showing combination of <br />two lots, #162 and 163, on Tarbell.Ave., plan of Miller & Nylander dated <br />May 293 1954, original plan.dated Oct. 26, 1927. Mr. Irwin moved, Mr. <br />Hathaway seconded and the Board voted that the plan be.signed with endorse- <br />ment "Lexington Planning Board approval not required under subdivision con- <br />trol law." <br />Benjamin <br />Mr. Adams reported that so far but one reply had been received from <br />applicant, and he had already taken a job. <br />With reference to Mr. Benjamin, Mr. Hathaway moved, Mr. Grindle <br />seconded and so <br />VOTEDs that we employ the services of Mr. Allen Benjamin as per the <br />proposal outlined in his letter of April 30, 1954, and that he be <br />written a letter to this effect. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:30 o'clock. <br />Wilbur M. Jaquith, <br />Clerk <br />1mb <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />Monday, June 7, 1954 <br />Present: Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Jaquith, Ripley. <br />Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock. <br />Saran <br />Mrs. George Sarano of 315 Lincoln St. came in for assistance in <br />preparing petition for zoning change. Wishes to put back into business <br />zone two lots which were changed to residence at time of revision. She <br />was told of the several procedures she might follow and advised to con- <br />sult Mr. Bidwell for accurate definition of property. <br />McConchie <br />Told to bring in tentative plan an Diana Lane as it seems to be <br />O.K. Altho the original plan of Robinson Hill showed this portion served <br />by.sewer there seems to be no way at prebent of making connection. <br />Board of Appeals Hearings <br />On hearings to be held by Board of Appeals on Thursday.. June 10, <br />Mr. Jaquith will represent the Planning Board with regard to sand.pits by <br />Shannon and Quinn.
