1 <br />1 <br />FLANR�G�lBOARD MEE`F�AIG <br />Monday, May 10, 1954 <br />Present: Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Jaquith - Adams 9:15 - Stevens, Burns <br />Meeting opened at 7:45 ofolock. Moved`by Mr. Hathaway, seconded by <br />Mr. Jaquith and duly voted that Mr. ?-win act as Chairman pro tem. <br />Yw, Jaquith reported informally that on hearing of Barbara Andersaft <br />for permission to build on lot without frontage'on accepted street, there <br />were no objections recorded and it has been subsequently reported that the <br />petition was granted. <br />Baskin <br />Mr. John Baskin appeared with request that letter be written the land <br />court confirming the fact that on property of W. John and Frances May Baskin <br />on Wyman Road, plan already approved by Planning Board and filed in Land <br />Court, has not been rescinded, modified or changed in any way. <br />Dianne Estates <br />Moved by Mr, Hathaway, -seconded by Mr. Grindle and duly voted that <br />subdivision plan dated March 15, 1954 covering lots on Quincy Ave. on Form C <br />of Dianne Estates submitted March 29; 1954, public hearing having been held, <br />approval of Board of Health received., approval and acceptance received from <br />Superintendent of Public Works, and a bond with assurety in the amount of <br />$9000 having been received, be approved. Plan signed. <br />Potter <br />Plan presented by Mr. Potter for signature by Board, Land Court x#15980 <br />lots 16 and 17 on Grove St, Plan signed by Board bearing the endorsement <br />"Lexington Planning Board approval under subdivision control law not required." <br />Lexington Construction Co. <br />Plan presented by Lexington Construction Co, for signature on addition <br />of lots to land of Rinaldo and Dearborn, Stratham Road, Plan signed bearing <br />endorsement "Lexington Planning Board approval under subdivision control law <br />not required." <br />Benjamin <br />Mr. Benjamin's proposal was discussed. <br />Requirements for permanent man listed as follows: <br />1. First choice Planner Engineer with degree in both <br />2, Professional Planner with architectural or landscape background <br />3. Engineer with Planning experience, minimum of 2 years, preferably in <br />Metropolitan -Suburban town. <br />Mr. Hathaway to contact ferry Norton, Mr, Grindle to contact Roland <br />Greeley and Harvard College, the Board authorizing them to present requirements <br />
