1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />Monday, April 20, 1954 <br />Present: Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Jaquith, Ripley - Burns, Stevens. <br />Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock. <br />Bill <br />Bill presented from H. B. McArdle, 4 -drawer steel file for use of <br />Planning Board, $68.62. Jnanimously voted the bill be paid. <br />Carrig <br />Mr. James A. Carrig and Robert Carrig presented plan of Sec. 4, <br />Minute -Man Highlands, Miller & Nylander, dated Oct. 30, 1953, Pleasant St. <br />and Concord Ave. This plan contains approximately 84 lots and shows a 70' <br />strip set aside for proposed new road. Mr. Carrig is anxious to know if <br />the town is definitely interested in this road as he wishes to go ahead with <br />the development. He proposes that the town build the entire road in exchange <br />for a deed to the 70' strip. <br />DeVries <br />Inasmuch as Agreement is in order, it was moved by Mr. Irwin, <br />seconded by Mr. Hathaway and so <br />VOTED: that the Board sign the plan of Section 1, Sun Valley, <br />Whipple Road, Wheeler Road and Fairlawn Lane as approved <br />on March 29 and certified to the clerk on March 30th. <br />Mr. Borns stated that time had run over on bond from Colonial Es- <br />tates; also on Lexington Construction Co. <br />Discussion was held on form of Definitive Plan Schedule as pre- <br />sented by Nr.
