Dewell'Co., Boston, mimeographing- <br />200 <br />imeographing200 copies Rules ind'Regulations, 500 Form A, 200 Form B D E -F, 200 Form C, <br />200 Form G - $126.25. Unanimously voted these bills be paid. <br />''Blackwell <br />Letter received from Mr. Blackwell stating that he believed be- <br />cause of the wide -spread interest in petition -as presented by him, that he <br />should not bear the entire expense of $1.00.00, Mr. Potter moved, Mr. Hatha- <br />way seconded, that previous action as to the amount of this bill be sus- <br />tained. So voted. <br />Bissette <br />Plan left by Mr. Bissette for signature by Board as not requiring <br />approval, land on Lowell and Summer streets. This was left for further <br />checking. <br />Board of Appeals <br />Mr. Adams announced that of the several hearings to be held this <br />coming Thursday by the Board of Appeals, the only one of interest was for <br />permission to erect a hospital on southwesterly corner of Watertown street <br />and Concord Turnpike. This might cause a traffic hazard if entrance is <br />planned on Pike. A member of the Planning Board will attend the hearing. <br />Meeting of Planning Boards <br />Moved by Mr. Ripley, seconded by Mr. Hathaway, that the Board -in- <br />vite the Planning Boards of Arlington and Winchester to meet with them to <br />discuss the new proposed highway, date to be set at the convenience of all. <br />So voted. <br />Blackwell <br />Discussion relative to Mr. Blackwell's petition. Art. 70. Altho <br />there is not too much objection to this, there is the feeling ha there <br />should first be specific plans and that the whole area should be given more <br />study, and that this should be part of the work of the new consultant, <br />Art. 71 and Art. 72 (oil storage and increase in height of storing and pro- <br />cessing facilities7 Opposed.
