PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />Monday, June 29, 1953 <br />Present: Adams, Hathaway, Irwin, Potter, Ripley. <br />Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock. <br />Hearing ,+ Vine Valley Realty Co . <br />Public hearing was held on application of Vine Valley Realty Corp. <br />of Boston for a proposed continuation of Grant Street beyond its inter- <br />section with East street approximately 800 feet in a northwesterly direc- <br />tion. Mr. Joyce and Mr. Palermo appeared for petitioner and four citizens <br />were present. Informal discussion was. held, but as plans were not complete <br />according to rules and regulations as required the plans could not be <br />approved and another hearing must be held when they are completed. <br />Cary Realty <br />Mr. Spinelli and Mr. Tropeano appeared with plan of Cary Estate <br />by Miller & Nylander dated June 12, 1953, and requested decision on <br />sewer. Mr. Burns stated it could not be sewered for a distance of 8001 <br />from Shade street until such time as there is a sewer in Shade street, <br />Were advised to bring in a portion of the plan for tentative approval, but <br />plans were not complete as required as they now stand. Mr. Hathaway wished <br />to be recorded as not voting. <br />Pleasant Associates <br />Mr. Joseph Graham of 73 Tremont street, Boston appeared with plan <br />of Pleasant Associates, Winning Farm Lane on Wheeler Estate, by Kenneth <br />E. Oates, C.E., dated June 4, 1953. Wants approval of seven lots on <br />Winning Farm Lane which he claims is a legal street. Moved by Mr. Hatha- <br />way and seconded by Mr. Potter that this plan be referred to Town Counsel <br />for decision as to legality of road. So voted. <br />Bills <br />Bills presented as follows: Rita McNamara, typing agreements <br />$8.00; Adams Press, advertising hearing Vine Valley Realty June 11, 16, <br />#7.50; Louise M. Baker, secretarial service June 8, 29, $10.00. Unanimaus- <br />ly voted the bills be paid. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:30 until Monday, July 6th. <br />' Thomas S.
