t <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEMNG <br />Monday, February 2, 1955 <br />Present: Adams, Hathaway, Irwin, Potter, Ripley <br />Meeting opened at B o'clock. <br />Bill <br />Bill presented by Adams Press, advertising hearing of Universal <br />Building Co., Feb. o-12, $3.75. Unanimously voted the bill be paid. <br />Articles for Warrant <br />Discussion held on articles to be prepared for warrant for annual town <br />meeting in March. With reference to are. between Waltham and Muzzey streets, <br />finally decided on area bounded by Mass. Ave., Waltham St., Forest St., and <br />Muzzey St. to be C-2 with area in center reserved for parking. Mr. Stevens <br />to be consulted for proper wording to get the desired results. Also decided <br />to include the â–ºBoyd" property on Bedford St. Revised list is as follows: <br />Change of zone: Zitso (Frl); Abbott Spray (C-2); Muzzey <br />with parking area, Rafferty and Farley -at junction of Route 128 and Route 2 <br />(C-2); Mrs. Albert A. Ross at 419 Marrett road (C-2); Boyd property (C-2); <br />extension of M-1 in area approximately as bounded on the east by Route 128, <br />southerly by Lincoln street, westerly by Lincoln line, and northerly by Mass. <br />Ave. and Marrett St.; and an area extending easterly to a line 200 feet from <br />from and parallel to Bedford St. and to Westview St., westerly to Wood St. <br />and to a line joining Route 128 and Wood street at their closest approach <br />northerly at the end of Bates Rd. and westerly to the Bedford line. Also to <br />recommend a street from point on Bedford street opposite Fire Station to <br />corner of Lincoln street and Mass. Ave. <br />Mr. Adams reported he and Mr. Johnson had again seen Mr. Howland, also <br />Mr. Williams, and that everything seemed to be going along as desired. <br />ESL <br />Meeting closed at 9:30 otclock. <br />D.
