PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />Monday, Sept. 6, 1952 <br />Present: Adams, Hathaway, Irwin, Johnson, Potter <br />Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock. <br />Tower Estates <br />Mr. Caouette appeared and reported progress on construction of <br />Lantern Lane and Phillip Road, <br />Ridge Associates <br />Mr. Bertagna, Mr. Brooks, Mr. Geroni, Mr. Zintz, Mr. Thompson, and <br />Miss Garoyan appeared for Ridge Associates. They presented new plan show- <br />ing entrance near Appleton Street as requested in addition to that <br />originally submitted. Were desirous, however, of having first plan ap.. <br />proved as that has already been approved by the State. Taken under ad. <br />visement for further checking with State by Mr. Burns. <br />Palermo <br />' Mr. Palermo and. Mr. D'Ambroddal appeared for discussion re former <br />Craig property at East and Grant Streets. Were advised to confer further <br />with Mr. Burns and secure copy of regulations. <br />Freeman <br />Mr. Theodore Freeman of Winchester appeared for discussion re <br />former Craig property at East and Grant streets. Were advised to confer <br />further with Mr. Burns and secure copy of regulations. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m. <br />Donald D.
