PLANNING BOARD MATING <br />Monday, March 31,1952 <br />Present: Adams, Hathaway Irwin, Johnson, Potter, Ripley. <br />Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock. <br />119AXing - Eleasant Associ.ateo <br />Mr. Charles Small appeared for Pleasant Associates with petition for <br />definitive approval of portion of subdivision which included Wheeler, Whipple.. <br />Douglas and Cranston roads. Mr. Paquette of 223 Lowell street, Mr. Thomas <br />'Walsh of 265 Lowell street, and Mr. Tuttle of Lowell street and four others <br />appeared. Questions were asked regarding the drainage which is very bad in <br />certain points of this area. They were advised that in order for the Town to <br />approve, the drainage problem must be satisfactorily taken care of. There <br />were no objections other than that of drainage. Plans were approved subject <br />to approval of Town Engineer Burns and Board of Health, provided the change <br />in drain as suggested by Mr. Burns be adopted. <br />Hearing McLautthlln <br />W. Charles McLaughlin and Mr. Al Moller appeared for definitive <br />approval of plans for development on 'food street which included portion of <br />Bates road. fir. and Mrs. Lull of Rood street appeared also. No objections <br />and plans were approved subject to approval by Town Engineer and Board of <br />Health. <br />Simeone <br />Mr. Benjamin Simeone Sr. and Mr. Benjamin Simeone Jr. appeared with <br />plans for subdivision between Maple and Woburn streets. These plans were <br />taken under advisement. <br />Construction C <br />Mr. Harvey Nugent appeared with plans for construction of subdivision <br />street called Patterson road. Was advised he should bring in completed plans <br />as sketched in pencil on Monday, April 14 and date for hearing would be set <br />for Monday,.April 28. <br />Kelchester Realty <br />Mr. Joseph Kelly and Mr. Joyce appeared with applications for approval <br />of subdivision plans of two new roads, Apple Tree Lane and Scotland road. Date <br />for hearing set for Monday, April L+. <br />The following bills submitted and payment unanimously approved, Mr. <br />Adams not voting: Louise M. Baker, secretarial service March 3, 17, 31, 415.00 - <br />Adams Press, advertising two hearings, Pleasant Associates and McLaughlin, $10.00. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:15 to Selectmen's office for discussion of new Board of <br />Health law. <br />�� <br />Donald D.
