1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />Monday,Feb.18, 1952 <br />Presents Adams, Caouette, Irwin, Potter, Ripley <br />Meeting opened at 7:15 o'clock. <br />Joseph Kelly <br />Mr. Joseph Kelly appeared with plan for Circumference Street and one <br />other interior street with openings on Lowell and Woburn streets for which <br />he wished tentative approval. Plans were taken under advisement. <br />March loth, 1952, date set for public hearings on Roger B. Tyler and <br />Albert B. Wolfe, Trustees; Peter Zitso; Antonio Lima; John Sellars; and Ethel <br />Bean properties. <br />Mr. Albert Miller; Mr. Salvatore Simeone of 3.07 Century St., Medford; <br />Mr, Louis Maffei of 59 Century St., Medford; Mr. Gena Cardinal of 28 Gray - <br />stone Road, Malden; and two others appeared with plans for development between <br />Maple street and Woburn street for which they wished tentative approval.
