PLANNING BOARD M6 I?TG <br />Monday,September 10,1951 <br />Presents Adams, Caouette, Irwin, Johnson, Pbtter. <br />Meeting opened at 7s45 p.m. <br />Mr. Timotbyr Collins, lawyer, accompanied by Raymond Desimone and <br />James Stacchi appeared for information ret lots recorded on original plan <br />of Battle View Park dated Nov. 1913, John N. McClintock, C.S. Of six <br />Iota fronting on Webb street, Mr. Desimone desires to combine several for <br />building purposes, and to use one or two additional lots for frontage and <br />combine with land in rear for further building purposes. Mr. Stracchi de- <br />sires to build on land with frontage on right of way only. This problem <br />has been referred to Mr. Stevens, Town Counsel, for legal decision. <br />Pleasant Associates <br />Mr. Small appeared for tentative approval of layout of land of <br />Pleasant Associates and adjoining areas between Lowell street and eo-Balled <br />Johnson Road, owned jointly by Pleasant Associates and Deb Homes, land <br />lying on southwesterly side of town to Winchester line. Taken under ad- <br />visement for further study, <br />A <br />Bills presented as follower from Rita McNamara, $5.00, typing <br />agreements. Louise M, Baker, $10.00, secretarial service Aug, 13 and 27, <br />John Lichtenberg, bringing plans to date as per bill rendered, U1.25. <br />Acceetance of Streets <br />It was moved by Mr. Caouette and seconded by Mr. Irwin that we <br />suggest and encourage subdividers to petition for acceptance of streets <br />upon completion and approval under subdivision regulations of 1951 and <br />proper release from the Town Engineer. So voted. It was also voted that we <br />send a copy of this motion to the Board of Selectmen. <br />Custom Built Homes <br />Moved b Mr. Caouette and seconded by Mr. Potter that having re- <br />ceived certificate of approval from Mr. Burns, Town Engineer, we approve <br />streets as submitted by Custom Built Homes and that the bond be released. <br />So voted. <br />'Edison 1Pav <br />Flsther study of plan prepared by Town Engineer showing parking <br />
