Planning Board Meeting <br />Monday, July 23,1951 <br />Presents Adams, Caouette, Irwin, Johnson, Potter, Ripley. <br />Meeting opened at 7s45 p.m. <br />Silva <br />Mr. Adams stated that P:Sr. Silva had requested for his lawyer a <br />transcription of his meetings with the Board. Mr. Caouette moved, Mr. <br />Potter seconded, that a transcription of the record of the last meeting <br />of May 7 be forwarded to Tr. Silva. So voted. <br />Ryder - Hearinr <br />A hearing was held on petition of Lexington Estates Trust, <br />Robert L. Ryder, Trustee, to extend Dane Road approximately 87 ft. and <br />Foster Road from its intersection with Dane Road approximately 465' as <br />shown on Plan and Profile by Miller & Hylander, C.Es., June 12, 1951. <br />No objectors appearing the plan was approved by the Board. <br />Mclauahlin <br />Charles H. McLaughlin,. Trustee, of Winchester appeared for ten- <br />tative approval of Plan for extension of subdivision off Wood Street. <br />Plan originally submitted had been changed to conform to new zoning by- <br />laws. Plan was taken under advisement, Mr. Buns to be consulted as to <br />advisability of dead end street being eliminated. <br />Bi11e <br />Bill submitted by Adams Press, for $5.00, advertising of hearing <br />of Lexington Estates Trust on July 5 and 12. Unanimously voted bill be <br />paid, Petr. Adams not voting. <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:30, clerk to notify members of date of <br />next meeting. <br />W.S.Paouette.. <br />Clerk <br />
