Planning Board Meeting <br />Monday,Ju]y 16,1951 <br />Present: Adams, Caouette, Irwin, Johnson, Potter, Ripley <br />The meeting opened in the Selectmen's Office at 7345 p.m. <br />Pleasant Associates <br />Mr. Burns presented a map of the entire area of Pleasant Asso- <br />ciates development for consideration. He was instructed to insert a <br />tentative plan of Johnson Road in order that it may be coordinated with <br />other developments before further approvals are given. <br />Grieco <br />Patrick Ross, builder, 24 Kenworthy Road, Arlington and Patrick <br />and Anthony Griecci of Grand View Road, Arlington, appeared with plan of <br />lot on which they wished to build a house. The plan was dated October <br />25, 1927 by E.M.Montague, E.E., and comprises 6.6 acres of land off Woburn <br />street whose only approach is by a 30' private right of way 466' long. <br />The opinion of the Board was requested as to the legal right to build upon <br />it. They were advised that they could not without building an accepted <br />street, but that they might appear before the Board of Appeals altho it <br />was deemed unlikely that approval would be given. <br />lmb <br />1 <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:00 o'clock. <br />W.S. uette, <br />Clerk <br />
