' PLIMING BOARD M WING <br />Monday, May 73, 1951 <br />Presents Adams, Irwin, Potter, Ripley. Johnson and Caduette at 9s009 Mr. <br />Stevens at 10x15. <br />Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m. <br />Hewing - Silva <br />Mr.Joseph Silva appeared with petition to extend Sunny Terrace a <br />distance of approximately 4501 f5rom Sunny Knoll Ave. under subdivision <br />regulations of the zoning by-laws. <br />Altho Mr.Silva submitted plans for this street, he stated that <br />he believed it to be an injustice to have to build it for only one house <br />on his property, and asked if there could not be relief of some sort. <br />Messrs.Vernon Mosby, Charles Martel and Domenic deAmicis appeared <br />and wished to be recorded as being in favor of the street mvided it <br />would incur no expense to them, in the form of betterments, etc. They <br />also felt that a lordship was involved. The Board agreed to hold this <br />' over for discussion with Town Counsel. Ply. Stevens appearing later in <br />the evening was presented with the problem and said he would look into <br />the matter and see if there was any way in which relief could be afforded. <br />However, the petition as presented was approved by the Board. <br />Mr. Robert Ryder appeared with petition for extension of Sherbutne <br />Road, Colonial Acres, plans and profiles by Miller & Nylander, a distance <br />of approximately 250' in accordance with subdivision regulations of zoning <br />by-laws. He stated that Dane and Kendall Roads would be surfaced at the <br />same time. No objectors appeared and the Board approved the petition. <br />Pleasant Associates <br />Mr. Butler, Mr. Granger, and Mr. Graham, lawyer, appeared for in- <br />formal hearing on development on part of Wheeler Estate. They desired <br />the Board's approval of certain grades on three streets. The Board came <br />to the conclusion that as no preliminary plans as required under the Plan- <br />ning Board regulations were submitted, no action could be taken. However, <br />upon advice of Mr. Stevens, Mr. Potter moved and Mr. Ripley seconded the <br />motion that Pleasant Associates be notified that plans submitted to the <br />Planning Board for the development of a portion of their land on 1owell <br />Street are disapproved. So voted. <br />T.w_Patt�rson <br />A letter was read from Mr. T. W. Patterson submitting pries for <br />compiling a Master Map of the Town of Lexington. It was voted to notify <br />
