PLAMOG BOARD MSSTING <br />Monday, April 30, 1951 <br />Presents .Adams, Irwin, Johnson, Potter, Ripley. <br />Meeting opened at 7s/.5. <br />Mr. Adams reporting on the Hull property stated that on Friday, <br />April 2t3, Mr. Stevens got a temporary injunction to stop action at the <br />gravel pit. This was served the following Monday and hearing teas set <br />for Wednesday, April 25. Mr. Zitso took aerial photos of the area in- <br />volved. However, Mr. Hull decided to drop the matter until the formal <br />hearing which will take place some time in June. <br />nye Fields <br />Mr. Pletcher of Five PYelds appeared requesting date for hearing <br />upon application for approval as a subdivision a portion of the property <br />located on Concord Avenue together with the extension of approximately <br />2pL7( U ft. according to plats and profiles to be submitted. It was moved <br />by Mr. Potter and seconded by Mr. Ripley that a hearing on definitive plan <br />for development of Five Fields be held on Monday, May 21 at 8 p.m. in the <br />Engineer's office., This motion was voted with the understanding that he <br />secure the necessary forms from the clerk and file them together with <br />check and other pertinent data before the insertion of first ad. <br />ABUT <br />It has been called to the attention of the Board that Mr. Ryder's <br />bond has expired. The Chairman teas instructed to write Mr. Ryer asking' <br />him to extend the bond or prepare to include it in bond to cover next <br />piece of property to come before the Board. <br />Goodwin <br />A letter was read from Edith Pry►ant Taylor of Some2ville and also <br />one from Mrs. John J. Hanrahan Jr. oomplaining of junk on the land of <br />Joseph A. Goodwin, 9 Pearl St., which adjoins the properties. They state <br />that it is unsightly, a nuisance, and a fire hazard; also that it affects <br />their ability to sell their property. It was moved by Mr. Potter and <br />seconded by Mr. Irwin that the Board ask Mr. Lindstrom to investigate the <br />matter from a business angle and the Board of Health from a sanitary view- <br />point, reports to be given at our next meeting. <br />It was voted to ask a representative of Minot, Williams & Bangs to <br />the next meeting for the purpose of discussing the parking problem. <br />It was voted to notify all abettors to the property of Silva and <br />9ZhZ affected by the hearings Monday, May 7 and Five Fields, hearing to <br />be Monday, May 21, nn <br />Winfiel S.Coustte, <br />Clark <br />]mb <br />
