PLANWG BDARD MESTIM <br />April. 16, 1951 <br />Present: Adams, Couette, Johnson, Potter, Irwin, Ripley. Vr.Stevens at 8:45. <br />Meeting opened ,at 7:3u. <br />"_M <br />Mr. Joseph Silva appeared for preliminary approval of lots on S=V <br />Knoll Ave. and Reed street which was given and it was voted that date fbr <br />hearing be set for Monday, May 7 at 8 o'clock. <br />Mr. Albert Miller representing Mr. R. L. Ryder appeared for prelimi- <br />nary approval of 4 additional lots on layout previously approved on Sher- <br />burne Road. This was given, and it was voted that date for hearing be set <br />for Monday, May 7 at 8:15 o'clock. <br />Mr. Adams reporting on plans for Five Fields stated that Mr. Burne, <br />Town Engineer, had listed a few suggestions which were agreeable to Mr. <br />Fletcher, and the map had been returned to be redrawn. <br />FU?':'•7 <br />Mr. Peter 'Zitso appeared re:his proposal for change to C-1 sone. Mr. <br />Zitso was advised to wait until the new zoning laws had been published and <br />then have the request published for the following town meeting. inasmuch as <br />there had already been a hearing on the matter, Mr. Johnson moved and Mr. <br />Potter seconded that the Board Initiate the change. So voted. <br />Gravel Pits <br />Considerable discussion followed re: the statue of gravel pits in town. <br />The meeting adjourned to the Selectmen's rooms for further discussion with the <br />Board of Selectmen on this subject. <br />if.S Couette, <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />lmb <br />
