'
PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Monday, January 8,1951
Presents Cromwell, Adams, Caouette, Potter, Ripley
Meeting opened at 7:40 p.m.
.SS va
Mr.Silva appeared and asked that the Board reconsider its decision
that he must conform to the new zoning by-laws with respect to frontage.
He was advised that altho the Board would like to do so, it did not see
any way in which it could be done legally but to leave the plans and the
matter would be taken up with Town Counsel.
Recreation Committee
Five members of the Recreation Committee with DGr.Howard Pbley as
spokesman appeared with proposed sites of land for play areas to be lo-
cated on the west side of town for which they would like approval of the
Planning Board. Mr.Cromwell to contact the Se-
lectmen regarding this.
Caryl Realty
The clerk was requested to write to Mr.Cadario asking that he be
present at the next Board meeting to discuss the Hatch Pond situation.
Date of meeting Monday January 15.
RM
It was decided to ask Mr.Burns to draw a plan of Mr.Lima's property
at the corner of Waltham street and Old Concord avenue that an article
might be inserted in the warrant putting the area back in C-1 zone.
Lillian Parks
' letter received from Lillian Parks requesting that her land on Cure
Street be put back in business zone. Glerk instructed to write a letter
