PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />Tuesday,January 2,1951 <br />Present: Cromwell, Adams, Osovette, Johnson, Ripley*, PottW <br />Meeting opened at 7'30 p.m. <br />Parkins areas <br />The problem of additional parking space was discussed. Mr.Caouette <br />suggested that all property owners on both sides of Mass.Ave. in Center be <br />called for a meeting with the Board to discuss the situation. Mr.Adams <br />moved and Mr.Cromwell seconded that a survey and study be made of the off- <br />street parking problem in the Center and that the Town Engineer furnish <br />plans showing the complete tract of land between Colonial Garage-Muasey St. <br />and Mariam St. -Edison Way. Unanimously voted. <br />Bills � <br />Bills were presented as followss Philip H.Burt, bill of $40.uo for <br />stenographic service for November 27th and December 4th meetings. W.F.Bolman, <br />$20.00 for use of microphone for meetings of Nov:27 and Dec.4th. Ibto Beam,Inc., <br />$5.32, 100 sq.ft. plans. Louise Baker, stenographic service for November, <br />$3.O0. Jane Doe, $15.00 for preparing the Planning Board report for the Town <br />' Meeting. Unanimously voted the bills be paid. <br />Building LM <br />It was voted that the Clerk write the Board of Selectmen stating that <br />in re -writing the Zoning By-laws it was found that changes should be made in <br />the building laws and that this Board recommends that an article be inserted <br />in the warrant asking the Moderator to appoint a committee to make a restudy <br />of the building laws with the suggestion that the Board of Health be required <br />to give approval to building permits. <br />Card Realty <br />It was reported that the construction at Hatch's Pond by Mr.Cadario <br />had been investigated and found to be according to the Town's specifications <br />and that any flooding of cellars was believed to be from other natural sources <br />rather than from the Pond. It was voted that Mr.Cromwell check with Town <br />Counsel and have him form a reply to Mr.Eames. <br />StenogoR c Service. <br />It was voted that Louise M.
