M. <br />Present: Potter, Johnson, Cromwell, Ripley, Caouette, <br />Adams and Burns, Town Engineer <br />Town meeting postponed from May 22nd to June 8th, <br />8 P. M. Hearing opened for Puritan Homes layout of 30 <br />lots and profiles by plans of Miller & Nyland, Engineers. <br />Appearing in favor Edward S. Sheklik of Cochituate, <br />Peter Ligori of Natick, W. H. Lyon. No opposition developed. <br />Meeting closed. Taken under advisement, On motion by <br />Mr. Adams and seconded by Mr. Johnson, the plan and <br />profiles approved subject to prenaration of proper agree- <br />ment by Board of Survey. <br />8:25 P. M. Mrs. Ralph A. Harris of Malden, owner of land <br />on Burlington St., formerly part of Kinneen farm. John A. <br />Boggia of Malden speaking for Mrs. Harris. Proposed lay- <br />out of Lexington Ridge, Inc. by John F. Rand, Civil <br />Engineer, taken under advisement for study leading to <br />definative approval. <br />9:55 P. M. Harry Hull and Fred Joyce presented proposed <br />layout of rear of Lowell St. Plan given informal approval <br />subject to final plans and profiles being submitted show- <br />ing easement for future water connections. Request letter <br />as to entrance on to Lowell St. Voted Clerk write letter <br />giving tentative approval. Harry D. Hull, 77 Summer St., <br />Arlington, Mass. <br />9:20 P. M. Joseph Kelly appeared regarding business area <br />layout junction of Woburn and Lowell Streets. After dis- <br />cussion, Mr. Kelly will bring in plan later. <br />Meeting adjourned 10:30 P.
