i <br />Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board <br />April 10, 1950 <br />Meeting called to order 7:30 P. M. <br />Present: Potter, Johnson, Cranwell Ripley, Adams, <br />Caouette and Burns, Town kngineer. <br />Chairman read a proposed letter to be published <br />regarding further explanation of new Zoning By-law. <br />8:00 P. M. Mr. Joseph Silva appeared with plan of <br />proposed 40f way to be known as Sunny Terrace for approval <br />of 8 lots. To be advertised the 13th for hearing <br />May 1, 1950. Approximately 900 feet northwesterly from <br />Sunnyknoll Ave., so-called. Subdivision of land in <br />Lexington, Mass. belonging to Joseph Silva, 59 Read <br />Street, recorded Middlesex South District Book 3161, <br />Page 218, Scale 1 inch equals 40 Feet, dated FebroaW <br />17th, 19509 A. Platt & R. Keith, Surveyors, Waltham, <br />Moved and seconded that Planning Board approve an <br />Article to be made at the May Town Meeting that a committee <br />of six be established; two from the School Committee; two <br />Selectmen; two from the Planning Board, to determin future <br />school site locations. <br />Bill of Adams Press advertising new Zoning By -Laws <br />and Puritan Homes, Inc. meeting, approved -485.25, total. <br />Meeting adjourned 10:30 P. M. <br />Winfield Caouette <br />Clerk <br />Mr. Craig plan showing subdivision of lots on <br />new way extending 800 feet, more or less, northerly from <br />East Street to Burnham line. Taken under advisement. <br />Fred Joyce appeared. <br />8:35 P. M. Mr. Joseph Kelly of Kelly Corporation and <br />Fred Joyce appeared with plans of Munroe Estate. 420 <br />lots, scheme taken under advisement. Mr. Kelly will <br />bring in new layout for business section --Monday, <br />May 10th, <br />9:30 P. M. Harvey Nugent with prospective plans and <br />profiles for tentative approval. 26 lots.
