Brooks, engineer, for the Middlesex <br />Investment Corporation, appeared, relative for lotting <br />of 78 lots --former Ring land. Board suggested that <br />means be found to provide a way out to Spring Street <br />across Fowle and land of others. <br />Voted that the Selectmen be and are requested to <br />hold a special Town Meeting for Amendment to the Zoning <br />By-Law~May 1st, 1950. <br />Meeting adjourned 9:30 P.
