P <br />Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board <br />February 27, 1950 <br />Meeting called to order 7:30 P. M. <br />Present: Cromwell, Ripley, Adams, Johnson, Potter and <br />Caouette <br />Pleasant Associates appeared with plans for informal <br />approval of first layout to proceed with Board. Agreed <br />subject to submitting plans with some changes for definitive <br />approval. <br />Meeting with Board of Selectmen. Question: 'Plater <br />main extension and drainage. <br />On motion by Adams, and seconded by Potter, voted that <br />the subdivision regulations henceforth be amended so that <br />the subdivider be required to supply and install water mains <br />and necessary appurtanances by and at the expense of the <br />subdivider. All of which installation be subject to regu- <br />lations, inspection and approval by the Public Works Depart- <br />ment of the Town of Lexington. <br />Meeting adjourned 10 P. M. <br />t <br />W.
