Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board <br />February 13, 1950 <br />Meeting called to order 7130 P. M. <br />Present: Potter, Cromwell, Johnson, Adams, Ripley and <br />Caouette <br />Mr. Harold Stevens, Trnm Counsel, discussed the <br />description of the Five Forks Area. His opindon was <br />that the description in the 1946 By -Law was in keeping <br />with a plan of record of the Alice Cary land and adjacent <br />streets. Mr. Stevens to make further study and render <br />a formal opinion. <br />On motion, by Alan G. Adams, seconded by Clerk, <br />it was moved that the Article in the Town Warrant regard- <br />ing the new Zoning By -Law be not printed. On Vote, the <br />Board was divided, as follows: Adams, Johnson and Caouette <br />in the affirmative and Ripley, Potter and Cromwell opposed. <br />Being a tie vote, the motion was lost. <br />Then followed discussion of the Wheeler Estate. <br />' Meeting was adjourned at 1Ot00 P.
