I <br />Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board <br />August 23, 1949 <br />Meeting called to order 7:35 P. M. <br />Present: Burns, Cromwell, Johnson, Ripley, Adams and <br />Caouette <br />Bill from Adams Press ;'1.50, approved and entered on the <br />records. <br />8:10 P. Y. Mr. Harold Stevens, Chairman, and associates, Donald <br />Fifield and James V. MacDonald, representing the Lexington Long <br />Range Planning Committee appeared. General discussion regarding <br />the studies their committee are making in order to make a <br />report for possible capitol outlays for the town over the future <br />years. Problems--drainage--refuse--water--swwer. <br />Letter from Gustave Larson. <br />Letter from Chamber of Commerce regarding information <br />booth on Buckman Tavern land. Chairman to reply to letter. <br />' Letter (copy) regarding Middlesex and Boston to Board <br />of Selectmen regarding new routes.
