' Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board <br />July 26, 1949 <br />Meeting called to order 7:45 P. M. <br />Present: Burns, Cromwell, Johnson, Ripley, Adams and <br />Caouette <br />Letter from Library Trustees relative to parking on Clarke <br />Street. Plot owned by the Town. General discussion followed. <br />Moved and seconded that the Chairman sit in with Library Trustees <br />to discuss the entire matter. <br />Chairman authorized to notify American Bonding Company <br />and Custom Built Homes, Inc. that agreements covering the streets <br />in 'Joodhaven have been met. <br />Letter from Robert L. Ryder. "trite letter of appreciation <br />and state matter will, be given further study. <br />8:20 P. M. Charles A. McLaughlin and his engineer, Joyce, <br />appeared relative to proposed further expansion of lottings of <br />"doodhaven. Tentative approval of informal plan submitted provided <br />future street be shown out to Valleyfield Street. Further dis- <br />cussion relative to future entrance onto Concord -Cambridge Turnpike. <br />The Board feels that no satisfactory solution seems apparent <br />at the present time. Agreed that Chairman write Edgar Kopel <br />relative to the staters ideas on the subject. <br />Cop7 of letter to the Selectmen from the Selectmen of <br />Winchester regarding street running westerly. Chairman to <br />reply as to interest. <br />Voted: That Richards Population map be brought up to date. <br />Next meetin7 Monday August 1--7:30 P.
