M. <br />Present: Ripley, Potter, Johnson, Adams, Caouette and Burns, <br />Town Engineer <br />In absence of Chairman, on vote, Mr. Johnson appointed <br />Chairman. <br />Clerk instructed to write to Mr. Callahan, Commissioner <br />of Public Works, Boston regarding access from Bedford Street -- <br />Route 4 and 25 --to the new highway and also request informa- <br />tion as to grade crossings of Route 128 in the Town of Lexing- <br />ton. <br />8 P. M. Hearing called to order. Robert L. Ryder petition for <br />lots on Dane Road. Plans and profiles by Miller and <br />Nylander submitted. Mr. Ryder stated that he had <br />requested the Superintendant of Public Works to <br />prepare for water main extension on Dane Road. On <br />motion made and seconded, plat and profiles were <br />approved. <br />8:05 P. M.Mr. McLaughlin appeared with Engineer Joyce with <br />tentative layout of 45 lots to be opened at Woodhaven <br />Development. After discussion, Mr. McLaughlin was <br />informed that plan would be given consideration and <br />he would be notified as soon as possible. After <br />considerable discussion, decided to lay on table until <br />next meeting. <br />John Blackwellfs bill of ;25.00 approved. <br />Next meeting --July 26, 1949. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10 P.
