Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board <br />I <br />June 14, 1949 <br />Meeting called to order 7:55 P. M. <br />Present: Adams, Cromwell, Ripley, Caouette, Burns (Town <br />Engineer) & Blackwell <br />7:55 P. M. Mr. Silva appeared, with Mr. Blackwell, and sub- <br />mitted proposed Study Plan for the layout and development <br />of the land off Sunnyknoll Avenue and asked for tentative <br />approval. Mr. Silva was informed that the Planning Board <br />was willing to give tentative approval of the layout pro- <br />vided that the Way, as shown on the plat, can be carried <br />out to Sunnkknoll Avenue. <br />Letter from Selectmen regarding Parking Lot rear of <br />Batemans: After discussion, the Chairman was instructed <br />to write to the Selectmen. <br />Bill $5.50 for monting map approved and entered on <br />records. <br />8:50 P. M. Study of Plan --Zone map. <br />' John Blackwell submitted his bill in the amount of <br />$500. for balance due, services to date. On vote: Approved <br />for payment. <br />10:07 P. M.
