Also <br />John Blackwell. <br />The record of the previous meeting was read and approved. <br />Gustave Larsen re Oak street Subdivision <br />11r.Larsen with his engineer, Mr.Ncrthrup, appeared to work cut <br />some soluticn as to the development of Oak street land in conjunction with <br />the sale of tax title lots on Hillside avenue. "'o decision was reached and <br />Mr.Larsen will return later. <br />Zon= nrf Lp Revision <br />P.!r.Blackwe7.l presented plans for a neer zoning map. There was ex- <br />tended discussion on increasing the frontare and area of lots. Prr.Johnsor <br />suggested that frontaEe be set at 125 feet and 15,500 area. Mr.Jotn;son <br />moved and P,1r.Potter seconded a motion that the general idea of an increase <br />to 12, frontage with minimum area of 15,500 ft. with present side yard re- <br />strictions be applied town, wide.
