1 <br />1 <br />PLAIrum BOARD I:EETIIIG <br />March 22, 1949 <br />Present= Cromvrell, Ripley, Couette, Adams. John Blackwell was also present. <br />The record of the previous meeting was read and accepted. <br />A letter was read from Charles H. LcLaughlin, Treasurer of Custom <br />Built Iiomes,Ine.,requesting extension until June 1st of agreement dated Jan. <br />11,1949. 11r -Ripley moved and Pir.Couette seconded a motion that this agree- <br />ment be extended until June 30th. It was the feeling of the Board that both <br />his agreements should be lived up to. <br />?k. Silva <br />11?.Silva cf Sunny Knoll road came in to see about sub -dividing his <br />land off Sunny Knoll road. He is willing to build a proper road over the <br />right of vray which he does not own. 1.1r.Silva was told that his general lay- <br />out was alright but that until he has formal release from other parties in <br />the right of Sway, the Planning Board could not act. <br />Article 3g in the General Warrant <br />Mr -Cromwell discussed this article and why it was inserted in the <br />warrant. It was decided to turn its presentation back to the Board of Se- <br />lectmen. <br />1P 5.5.
