PLANKRIG BOARD FETING <br />February 8, 191+9 <br />' Present: Cromwell, Burns, Ripley.,Richards., Adams, Johnson John Blackwell <br />was also present. <br />The records of the previous meeting were read and approved. <br />Is <br />Mr. Blackwell presented a new draft of 2 53 and also P 5.1. Measure- <br />ment of lot width was discussed as described in the new draft. The new <br />P 51 was deleted by unanimous agreement. The corner lot placement of build- <br />ings was next taken up and discussed. Front yard requirements for C-2 dis- <br />tricts were talked over and it was decided to leave the table as is with the <br />exception of certain streets now contiguous to the Center. 111r.Richards <br />brought up the question of clear sideyards, and it was decided to see the <br />new amendment. Corner lot frontages are to be averaged. <br />Meeting with School Committee <br />Mr. Adams reported that the School Committee on Monday, February 21st, <br />wishes to discuss population growth. Mr.Cromwell appointed the Clerk to do <br />the job. <br />Rix and Lbrash $aar' <br />' It was decided to hold hearings on the petition of David Rix and on <br />the Morash request on March 1st. <br />P 7.33 parentheses on "money limitation" was discussed and it was de- <br />cided to omit second parentheses. <br />The suggested changes were gone over for the next revision. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Alan G.
