PLIMING BOARD METING <br />February 1, 1949 <br />' Present: Ripley, Cromwell, Adams, Burns, Worthen, Johnson <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. <br />Thr. Cromwell reported conversation with Mr. Silva in reference to <br />his land off Sunny Knoll avenue. The right-of-way to Sunny Knell avenue <br />still remains in private hands. Two suggestions were mades that tax title <br />lots might give an entrance to Garfield street, or he could use his lot <br />next to his own house on Reed street. <br />Report on.Consultation with Mr Nichols <br />Mr. Cromwell reported on conversatioh,,with Mr. Philip Nichols as the <br />result of last week's vote. 11r.Cromwell said Mr. Nichols wanted $5DJ for <br />his opinion and writing the article - or x]00 for just his opinion. It was <br />decided that Mr.Lynch be asked to write the article. It was suggested in <br />P 5.55 the words "lot width" be omitted, and submit to Town Counsel the <br />change. <br />Mounting Maps <br />It was suggested that major Planning Board maps be mounted on cloth. <br />' 11r.
