MEETING OF PLANNING BOARD <br />I <br />November 5, 1946 <br />Present: Messrs. Worthen, Nickerson, Richards, Ferguson, <br />Houdlette, and Cromwell <br />Poor Farm Site <br />The Board considered a plan showing a proposed siab <br />division of the Poor Farm Site in connection with Veterans' <br />housing. It was decided to advise nor. Couette that while <br />the lot layout ©n Cedar .Street, when`'considersd alone, - <br />lobked'sat,isfaetory.the layout in the back part of the <br />property left something to be desired. This latter section <br />would be hard to develop due to the physical character of <br />the area, and the problem needed further study. <br />Lexington Estates Trust <br />The Planning Board considered a proposed subdivision <br />of the Cary Estates between Cary Avenue and Spring Streets. <br />No action was taken. The plan was marked "Planning Board, <br />November 5, 1946". <br />' Parking Lot Project <br />This project was considered at some length without any <br />final decision being reached. <br />Adjourned to November 19, 1946. <br />1 <br />Resp tfully su ted, <br />erk of Punning Board. <br />
