1 <br />MEETING OF PLANNING BOARD <br />November 5, 1945 <br />Present <br />Messrs. Worthen, Nicerson, Ferguson, Houdlette, <br />Richards and Cromwell. <br />Cutler Farm Plan <br />The Planning Board received a letter dated October 17 <br />from James A. Carrig asking an appointment to discuss with us <br />his proposed development of the Cutler Farm property. It was <br />decided to invite Mr. Carrig to meet with the Planning Board <br />on November 19 at 8;15 p.m. <br />Grosso Property <br />The selectmen have turned over to the Planning Board <br />a letter from Ethel E. Mackiernan in regard to land <br />formerly belonging to D. Grosso. The Bbard'_nt', Seledtinen has <br />asked for our advice. It was decided to write the silectmen <br />referring to a letter from the Planning Board to the Board <br />of Survey dated April 17, 1941. This matter was discussed <br />at that time and so far as the Planning Board knows the <br />situation has not changed. <br />Parking Lots <br />It was concluded that a matter of major concern to <br />the Town in which the Planning Board might well take an <br />active interest was that of parking lots.
