f] <br />MEETING OF PLANNING BOARD <br />September 4, 1946 <br />Present <br />Messrs. Worthen, Houdlette, Nickerson, Richards and <br />Cromwell. <br />Joseph Napoli <br />Mr. Napoli appeared before the board and explained his <br />reasons for desiring a change in zoning from "residential" to <br />"business" on his property on Bedford Street. The Board now has <br />in its files a plan of the property dated &eptember 4, 1945. <br />This is marked as lot (A). Mr. Napoli does not seek to have lot <br />(B), also shown on the plan, zoned for "business." <br />Mr. Napoli has recently purchased the property. He hopes <br />to erect a grocery store, drugstore and barber shop. He plans to <br />put two six -room apartments above the first floor. <br />The Planning Board explained the necessary procedure to <br />Mr. Napoli but did not arrive at any conclusions. <br />Building and Zoning By -Laws <br />Mr. Worthen suggested that the Board members be consider- <br />ing the building and zoning by-laws in line with the selectmen's <br />request. <br />Resp tfullrstted, <br />Clerk <br />C <br />
