MEETING OF PLANNING BOARD <br />I <br />April 99 1945 <br />Present <br />Messrs. Worthen, Richards, Nickerson and Ferguson. <br />Minutes of last meeting read and approved. Mr. Worthen <br />unanimously elected Chairman for 1945. Mr. Cromwell unanimously <br />elected Clerk for 1945. <br />School Sites <br />Committee for selecting school sites and members of <br />school committee discussed possible sites with Mr. Worthen who <br />showed them Steiner's studies, population density maps, etc. <br />They seemed to favor the Mulliken or Ryder property site near the <br />present playground but were indefinite as to exact location. <br />The Planning Board is to write Mr. George Mallion, <br />chairman of committee on new school sites, requesting that he <br />provide the Planning Board with data as soon as the committee has <br />decided as to location of new high school site and new grammar <br />school site. <br />' Dumping in sections not permitted <br />Mr. Worthen was requested to ask the selectmen by letter if <br />some method could be devised to correct the conditions. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9;20 p.m. (sine die) <br />C <br />Res tfull witted <br />Clerk <br />
