PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />I <br />FEB. 8, 1939, <br />Present: Messrs. Ellis, Ferguson and Nickerson. <br />The entire meeting was devoted to discussion of the <br />State law of 1910 governing the erection of apartment bui]d - <br />ings. <br />The consensus of the members was that while the law <br />was obsolete to some extent, its prime factors were correct <br />and that it would not militate against any builder who <br />wished to erect a substantial building. <br />Set back, lot areas and kind of construction for the <br />buildings were discussed, and the Board feels that the <br />specifications of the law cover present conditions. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.
