PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />1 JULY 180 1938. <br />Present:- Messrs. Greeley, Kimball, Ellis and Nickerson. <br />Meeting was opened at 8:00 P.M. <br />Moved and seconded that the Planning Board approve lay- <br />out of street and lot subdivision of property belonging to McCaffrey <br />the Bernard McCaffrey Estate on Massachusetts Ave. at the Board of <br />top of Concord Hill. Carried. Survey <br />The Clerk was instructed to advise the Board of Survey layout. <br />of the Planning Board's action, and also to call attention <br />of the Board of Survey to the fact that lots 17, 18 and 19 <br />were unsuitable for building on. <br />Moved and seconded that the lot frontage and area matter Article <br />covered by a recent Bearing be forwarded to the Board of for <br />Selectmen for insertion in the Town Warrant at the next meet- Warrant <br />ing.
