J <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BO ARD &STING <br />March 16, 1938 <br />Members present:- Messrs. Greeley, Kimball, Ferguson, Kraetzer <br />and Nickerson. <br />Mr. Kraetzer contacted Mr. O'Connell regarding his land <br />adjoining Mr. Rubints property. Mr. O'Connell stated that he <br />would not be interested in his land being used for parking <br />space. Clerk was instructed to write to Mr. Seligman that <br />the land might be useful for parking if an outlet to Depot <br />Square were obtained but the outlet owners are not interested. <br />Mr. Greeley was asked to advise Mr. Bennett to present <br />Article 211 case at the Town Meeting. <br />The question arose if amendment to Article 36 in the <br />Town Warrant concerning the lot size increase could be <br />allowed. Mr. Kimball was of the opinion that the restriction <br />could be moved downward and still pass the"'Attorney-General's <br />office. Mr. Kimball has prepared a writing advancing this <br />opinion for possible use at the Town Meeting. <br />Mr. Kimball has prepared a recommendation expressing <br />the Board's attitude on the lot size increase articlewhich <br />was approved by the board unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:55 P. M. The next meeting <br />will be Wednesday, April 6, 1938 at 7:45 P.
