PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 24, 1938 <br />' Present:- All Members. <br />Mr. Greeley presented as a basis for discussion a draft <br />of a proposed by-law providing for lots of 15000 square feet, <br />100 feet frontage within one definite geographic area and <br />40,000 square feet, 150 feet frontage for the rest of the Town <br />together with a copy of the Milton provision for non -conforming <br />sizes. <br />It was agreed that this would be used as a basis for <br />Lot Area <br />publicity, subject to such changes as later appear advisable. <br />& <br />Mr. Greeley will present the subject at meetings of the Field <br />Frontage <br />and Garden Club, the Board of Trade and the Hanoock Mens Club. <br />A publicity release, written by the Chairman was read <br />and approved by the Board. <br />Program Status <br />Lot Area & Frontage By -Law - Under active consideration. <br />Study of Public School sites - No progress report. <br />Vine Brook Plans Open <br />= <br />Program <br />Chapter 211 - Board of Survey Held in abeyance for later <br />Status <br />Act Town Meeting. <br />Study of Waltham St- Muzzey St.- Data collected - Ready for <br />Connection decision when and if required. <br />Study of new street off Downing- Data collected - Ready for <br />Road report when and if required. <br />Study of Colonial Heights - Data collected - Holding for <br />Tax Title Foreclosures. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.
