1 <br />E <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MING <br />January 19,1938 <br />Present:- All members except Mr. Sraetzer, <br />Mr. Cosgrove presented detail plans of the relocated Vine <br />Brook from Butterfield's Pond through to the upper reaches as <br />recommended by the Vine Brook Drainage Committee and called <br />particular attention to the treatment at Vine Street and be- <br />tween Mass. Avenue and Vine Brook Road. The necessity for <br />and the utilization of the recommended 150 foot taking was <br />discussed and the clerk was instructed to obtain A statement <br />of the reasons which prompted this recommendation, <br />The Board will give its attention to this matter at a <br />later meeting. <br />A general discussion of lot areas followed and Mr. <br />Greeley reported that the section of the Milton By Law cover- <br />Ing the status of previously recorded lots had been discussed <br />with our Town Counsel, the Milton Town Counsel and an assistant <br />in the Attorney General's office and that it was believed that <br />it would be approved when and if it came to the latter office. <br />Mr. Greeley will present a draft'of changes in our By - <br />Law for discussion at our next meeting. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.
