1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />November 4, 1937. <br />Present:- Messrs. Greeley, Ferguson, Ellis, Kraetzer, Nickerson <br />and Kimball. <br />The Board met with Mr. Barnes, Engineer for the Ross <br />Realty Company for a further discussion of the Wellington Farm Wellington <br />sub -division. Mr. Greeley amplified the opinion of the Board Estates <br />as expressed in its letter to the Board of Survey and Mr. Barnes <br />is to submit a revised layout incorporating the suggestions. <br />The Board will, upon receipt of the new plan, give its <br />consideration and forward it together with recommendation to <br />the Board of Survey. <br />1dr. Barnes retired and the Board went into session with <br />Town Counsel Wrightington and W. H. Ballard of the Vine Brook <br />Drainage Committee'or a discussion of Vine Brook problems. <br />During the considerations, Mr. Wrightington raised <br />certain questions regarding the relocation of parkways in the Vine <br />playground area. The Board will, upon receipt of detailed Brook <br />plans, make its recommendations to the Board of Selectmen. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:05 P. M. until Friday, <br />November 12, at 7:45 P.
