1 <br />L <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 26, 1937 <br />Present:- Messrs. Borden, Ferguson and Kimball. <br />Final drafts of the three proposed amendments were <br />corrected and approved for release on February 4th. Notices <br />of the proposed changes addressed to Mrs. Bean, Mr. Childs and <br />Mr. Peterson were signed for forwarding February 1; 1937. <br />Mr. Lewis, acting for Yr. Walter Black, appeared before <br />the Board in regard to a proposed Board of Survey street be- <br />tween Slocum Road and Bloomfield Street extension. The Board's <br />general attitude toward action on proposed layouts to later <br />come before the Board of Survey was explained and special <br />attention was directed toward a former Board's recommendation <br />regarding an easement for drainage purposes. <br />Mr. Lewis and 1r. Black will meet the Board on February <br />2nd at 7:45 P. R.I. for further discussion. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P. M., until February 2nd <br />at 7:30 P.
