I <br />November E6, 1835 <br />Present: Messrs Duffy, Ellis, Kimball, Robinson. <br />A formal notification, accompanied by a map and the <br />usual deposit was received from Sarah A. Cutter, stating <br />that she desired, "That the Lexington Zoning By -Law be <br />amended so as to change from a R 1 District to a C 1 <br />District, the area bounded and described as follows: <br />On the easterly side of Pleasant St., beginning at a <br />point about 100 feet from the northerly line of the <br />Cambridge Turnpike and extending northerly 150 feet <br />along Pleasant St. and of a depth of 100 feet, the south- <br />erly side of the said parcel being along Clematis Brook," <br />After consideration, it was voted: That the area affected Cutler <br />by the proposed amendment is considered to be same as that Amend <br />laid dorm for Mr. Ernest De9incent, re: ment <br />Blossom St., from Allen St., to Concord Ave. <br />Concord Ave., from Blossom St. to the Belmont 'Tbown <br />Line <br />Pleasant St., from Watertown St. to Concord Ave, <br />Watertown St. from Pleasant St. to the Belmont <br />Town Line <br />Now Concord Turnpike, from Blossom St. to the <br />Arlington Town Line <br />Wellington Zane, Garden Ave., Vineyard Ave., <br />Hanson Ave., Dale St., and Meadowbrook Ave., <br />throughout. <br />At 8:50 P.M., a joint meeting of the Planning Board and <br />Board of Selectmen was held in the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building, to appoint the sucodesor to Mr. <br />Roland B. Greeley, Secretary of the Planning Board, who <br />resigned. The members of the Planning Board who were <br />present are as follows: Mr. T. Henry Duffy, Mr. Sheldon <br />Robinson, Mr. Edward W. Kimball and Mr. Lester F. Ellis. <br />The following members of the Board of Selectmen were <br />present; lir. Charles E. Ferguson, lir. Archibald R. <br />Giroux and Mr. Philip M. Clark. <br />Election <br />Mr. Duffy stated that he would like to nominate lir. Heil to Fill <br />A. Borden of Watertown Street to fill the vacancy. Mr. Vacancy <br />
