The general sense of the meeting seemed to <br />favor a park-iDrotected hi_glaway, if such could be obtained, <br />along the east side of the Cambridge Reservoir, The Clerk <br />was instructed to consult with 'x. Haines of the Circum- <br />ferential ig'hi:va r Corcmittee to ascertain what had been done. <br />;',e discussion of the zoning and development along the <br />Concord ni h;70,V followed. ':`r. L�uffy suggested that a com- <br />preYzensive development of the land adjacent to the highway <br />could_ be the best r-:eans of deciding what restrictions and <br />re,7u1<itions :ire necessar•;yr. '�Ir. Robinson suggested_ that a <br />partial solution of the problem might be the establishment <br />of business zones about 100 feet from the high,.va7,,*, possibly <br />on nara.11el streets. <br />T r.
