PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 13,1935 <br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in the <br />Conference Room of the Town Office Building on Wednesday, <br />March 13, 1935, at 7:15 P. I* Messrs. Duffy, Ellis, Kimball, <br />Robinson, Sellars and Greeley were present. <br />Mr. Duffy called the meeting to order and opened it to <br />organization and election of officers for the coming year. Or, aniza- <br />Mr. Robinson moved that Mr. Duffy be reelected Chairman. tion <br />The motion was unanimously carried. <br />Mr. Kimball moved that Mr. Greeley be reelected Cler. <br />The motion was unanimously carried. <br />The minutes of the hearing on the petition of Mrs. <br />Kelly were read and approved as corrected. <br />The reading of the minutes of the last meeting was <br />postponed until a later date, because of lack of clarity in <br />expression of some parts of the minutes. <br />Mr. Greeley reported that he had conferred with the <br />Town Counsel in regard to the proper procedure at the Town <br />Meeting, and explained that procedure. The motions and re- <br />ports, which had been previously accepted by the Board, were <br />read in the order in which they would be presented to the <br />Town. They were all felt to be satisfactory, and the report <br />was signed. <br />Mr. Greeley agreed to communicate with Mr. Kelly to this <br />effect that the Planning Board would not present the initial Kelly <br />motion under Article 37 in the Town 'Warrant,-- the article Petition <br />dealing with the zoning amendment sought for under Mrs. Kelly's <br />petition. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.
