There was also read a notice
from the Board of .appeals in regard to a hearing'to be held on
november 2, 1934 in regard to this property. Mr. Maddison
appeared before the Board, explained the situation as he under-
stood it, and offered to answer the communications.
Discussion of the Milbean property resulted in further
expression of the fact that the Planning Board could do nothing
until it gets some definite proposals, on paper, from the Town Mullican
Engineer. Mr. Trask appeared before the Board and suggested
that the delay on the part of Mr.'Cosgrove had been intentional, Property
and that there was no need for action by the Planning Board,
at least for the present.
Discussion of Mr. Custancets proposed treatment of the
Ryder Vine Brook property was similarly postponed by Mr. Trask's
advice that it was no longer imminent,
Mr. Trask explained the status of ERA work in the Town,
pointing out that, as it was only very indefinite as far as
the allotment of funds was concerned, there was no opportunity
to embark on any large scale construction programs at the present.
