Duffy, Glynny Scheibe, Higgins and Clerk. <br />Mr. Duffy took charge of the meeting. <br />A new petition was received from Catherine F. Catherine <br />Herbert asking to have'her property at the.corner of Mass. Herbert <br />Avenue and Marrett Road put into a business district. This --^^^---- <br />petition 'was on the warrant for the Town Meeting held November <br />Pet- ti -j <br />7, 1930. At this Town V1eeting, Mr. Emery read report of the <br />Planning Board and- on the motion of Mr. Wrightington, it was <br />indefinitely postponed. <br />A letter was received from the State Dept. of Billboards <br />Public 'Norks regarding renewal of license for maintenance of"^"-- <br />-'- <br />the.billboard on Mass. Avenue near Bow Street. It`stated that <br />a letter had been received and was filed with the ;other papers <br />concerning, this matter. The matter is to be brought up 'a year <br />from now. <br />The Spencer -Crowley petition was indefinitely post» <br />Spencer,` <br />poned because there had been no reply to our letter of Oct.Qkth. <br />Crow e <br />tI t <br />The Ernest Rowland petition was,brought up. His <br />$20.00 was received November 3rd. A letter. was written him <br />asking for a petition signed by 50� of the valuation of the <br />property affected, He was also informed that upon receipt Ernest <br />of the signed petition, the Board will select a time for the<Aow <br />hearing, <br />A letter from Daniel J. O'Connell, dated Sept, 22nd, <br />asking for information regarding Bean hearing was brought up. Ethel, <br />The. Bean petition was on the warrant for the Town Meeting <br />B <br />hal' November, 7, 1930. The article was taken up and the report' <br />of the Planning Board read ,by Mr.. Emery. Mr. ` Bean read the <br />article on the warrant and made a motion of it. A rising vote <br />was taken.on the motion, 55 voting in the affirmative and 27 <br />in the negative. The Moderator declared the motion carried <br />by a two-thirds vote. <br />The Board voted to .pay a bill from the Mass. <br />Federation of Planning Boafds for $15.00. The balance of the. <br />approprigtion after this bill was paid is 240.00. <br />A letter was received from the Selectmen regarding` <br />property between Mass. Avenue and Locust Avenue formerly owned <br />'Jame �' <br />by Fred H. Moultonand which now, belongs to James i3.
