Smith regarding <br />property on Parrett Road, it was turned over to the Board Edith D. <br />of. Survey and a letter was written her advising her of Smith <br />this. A plan of the property was attached. <br />Cate lne F. Herbert�g1 letter and petition were <br />read. A letter was written telling her of the hearing Catherine F <br />to be held Monday, July 2let, 19,50 and requesting a de- Herbert <br />Posit of '20.b0 for the notice skid publications. <br />A Batter and check were received from Daniel Laniel J. <br />J. O'Connell,`attorney for'Mrs.Ethel W. Bean# He was OdConnell <br />informed by letter of the hearing to be held Monday, July, <br />219t, 1930 for the petition. <br />Messrs. George F. & Charles F. Smith were in- Harriet W. <br />formed by letter of the hearing to be Monday, July Smith <br />21st, 1930 and requesting a deposit of '$20.00 to cover <br />the cost of notices and publications. <br />It was voted unanimously to pay Mr. Shurtleff <br />V100.00 on his bill of §378.00 for the drainage project. <br />'.'letter was written Mr. Custance explaining Oakland St. <br />the proposed layouts of Oakland Street Sxtention and Extension <br />stating that the Planning Board could make no further <br />recommendation without the data requested at the June <br />3rd meeting.
