ICalled Meeting of the Lexington Planning Board - T.1ay 10, 1930 <br />at 8 P.LZ. <br />In reorganizing Pyr. F. L. Emery was elected as chairman, and <br />yr. 3. F. Scheibe appointed as clerk. <br />Most of the evening was occupied with a discussion with Mr. Rider <br />relative to betterment assessment in connection with the Vine <br />Brook sewer. TSr. Rider showed a very fair attitude toward the <br />assessment as he will probably be the one whose property will <br />pay the major portion of the south branch of the proposed sewer. <br />Final conclusion will be arrived at later, when he has had time <br />to work out the proposition with his attorney. <br />Various matters relative to rezoning for different purposes have <br />been put over until further data could be secured and to a 3ater <br />meeting. <br />..................................... <br />..Clerk <br />May 149 1930 <br />
