Emery, Duffy, Milne, Cutler, Engineer <br />Cosgrove and Town: Counsel,Wrightington. <br />I <br />Chairman named Cutler as clerk for the meeting. <br />Chas. F. Smith and George.F. Smith, 164 Bedford <br />Street appeared to ask for a business district at the <br />corner of Bedford Street and Valley Road. No plan or <br />Smith <br />map was submitted. The Board designated the area as <br />Petition <br />affected by the proposed change for the necessary signa- <br />tures 4f the property owners accompanying`a petition <br />for the proposed business district.(Area designated <br />filed herewith.)' <br />Letter and plan from George W. Bean asking for <br />Aean Petition -a <br />business district adjoining 241 Bedford Street, No. <br />action taken.
