n <br />Planning Board Meeting <br />Lexington, Mass, <br />January 13, 1930, <br />Present: Emery, Milne, Glynn, Duffy, Cutler, Bowers and <br />Cosgrove. <br />.Five Forks• <br />Secretary to notify Mr. Sarano petitioner and send him <br />copy of this recommendation. Notify him that it will be <br />his duty to see that article is prepared for town warrant <br />of next town meeting and for him to arrange for some one to <br />make motion in town meeting. <br />A layout of a street from Hancock to Meriam Streets was <br />discussed. <br />I <br />Vine Brook Drainage: <br />Voted: that matter of immediately taking action on <br />lowering drainage channel from Vine Brook area across Mass. <br />Avenue be studied. Agreed that Mr. Emery shall request <br />Selectmen to allow Cosgrove to keep his present force so <br />that engineering department can work on Vine Brook drainage, <br />preparing charts etc:, and estimating costs of lowering <br />drainage across Mass. Avenue. <br />School House Site: <br />Voted: to ask Town Engineer to give us a layout showing <br />approaching streets, topography, etc., from Waltham Street <br />easterly in connection with proposed school house site. <br />Voted: also to request Town Engineer to suggest a street <br />development for the entire tract and plot in the lot lines. <br />Five Forks: <br />The Planning Board recommended that the following areas <br />now zoned for C#1 districts be restored to R#1 district, viz.-- <br />Marrett Rd. North of Lincoln; both sides; Lincoln St. Pest of <br />' Marrett Rd, and both branches east of Marrett Rd., both sides, <br />except for'100 feet East and West at the Southerly line of <br />Lincoln St, to accommodate the depth of`C¢#1 lots fronting on <br />Marrett Rd, at the corner of Lincoln St.; and School St. both <br />sides, all as set forth on a plan of said change prepared by <br />the Town Engineer and dated January 22, 1930, <br />
